The room had ninety-five square meters of space. The hotel location was good. It had a downtown view. We opted for both breakfast and dinner. That was an excellent choice. The staff was polite!!!

The valet service was available and helpful. The pool was lovely. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, with a restaurant on level two. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach, shopping center and metro.

There were so many options to chose from, and the food was AMAZING!!! I did find the breakfast choices somewhat limited, however. Staff always accommodated my food allergies, preparing suitable meals.

The hotel location is central, situated in a fine area. It is near Burj Khalifa, the Opera, and the shopping center. A walk to the Burj, fountain, and the shopping center is easy.

Rooms are clean. The washing machine was an added bonus. There was ample space in the rooms provided. We enjoyed the living and kitchen spaces. Housekeeping services were excellent!!!

The gym was located in a separate building. There were no towels or water available. This was inconvenient. The furniture looked old. i expected better for what i paid.

david responded quickly to my request for a long stay due to work. the location is central, and i could walk to nearby restaurants and the mall. the front desk staff were polite, and yashraj took great care of my room. he always greeted me with a smile and a bottle of water

The lobby air conditioning did not work. It was hot all the time. two workers rizwan and imran, acted too friendly. They only helped when they wanted tips. i found this indirect pressuring awkward and uncomfortable. They repeatedly asked us to leave a review and indirectly asked for tips.

the location was central and close to the burj khalifa , which was acceptable.

the room was not that clean , because i found dust and hair on the floor when i got there. there was a cockroach in the room , which was unpleasant. when i checked out and left my luggage , the staff sent a bag to my next hotel , then insisted i pay the taxi fare for their mistake.
